Processing Times
Returns are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. During the Halloween season (September through November), returns may take up to 4 weeks.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we’ll fix it. Contact Customer Service within 14 days of the original order date, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you receive the replacement product(s) quickly or process the appropriate refund if it is no longer needed.
Important Return Shipping Information
You are responsible for the condition of returned goods until they are received at our warehouse. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless you use our tracked return label service. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. Please package items securely.
Returns That Do Not Meet Policy Conditions:
If returned items fall outside the terms of this policy (for example, worn merchandise, items with odors, or returns outside the 14-day window), they will not be refunded. You will receive an email notification of the rejected return and why.
